sunday morning

Ahh. Wow. I haven't really appreciated a Sunday morning in a long time. Don't get me wrong, going to church every Sunday was actually a great way to get me up and going - and I always got to start my Sunday with choral music. However, this morning is my first Sunday morning in my apartment and I'm enjoying every minute of it.

There's nothing better than hot coffee, Norah Jones, and a sunny balcony. I also transplanted my basil plant and watered my mini-roses. In a few minutes I'm going to give Maggie a call and we're going to go to the farmer's market. Does a morning get any better than that?

I love having Sundays and Mondays off. Saturdays are rarely as relaxing as Sundays and even though I always have Mondays off, it still feels like a special treat every time.
